You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site.
• Use the Site to send unsolicited communications or advertising.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Site.

Submitting an enrollment interest form places you on a contact list to receive information about DSG Academy. It does not guarantee admission, reserve a roster spot, or reserve a paid position. Enrollment, if and when offered, will require a separate application, evaluation, and approval process. Program offerings, age divisions, schedules, pricing, and availability are subject to change and have not all been confirmed.

For any athlete under 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete the enrollment form and provide consent. By submitting a form, the guardian represents that they are authorized to act on behalf of the athlete and that the information provided is accurate.

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the optional SMS consent box on our enrollment form, you authorize DSG Academy to send recurring automated and non-automated SMS text messages at the number you provided.

• Messages may include 2027 launch updates, enrollment reminders, event and information-session notifications, and academy program information.

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of enrollment or any purchase. You may submit an interest form without opting in to SMS.

DSG Academy is in its founding stage. Unless explicitly confirmed in writing, program details — including but not limited to age divisions, tuition, schedules, coaches, facilities, accreditation, camps, clinics, and competition — are proposed or planned and may change. We do not guarantee that any specific program, price, or offering will be available. Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes and may be updated without notice.

All content on the Site — including the DSG Academy name, logo, lightning-bolt mark, text, graphics, and imagery — is the property of DSG Academy, LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content without our written permission.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, secure, or available at all times. Information about programs is provided for planning purposes and is not a guarantee of any outcome, admission, scholarship, or athletic result.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DSG Academy, LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any information provided. Athletic development involves inherent risk; participation in any program is at the participant's own risk.

No payments are collected through this Site at this time. When paid programs are offered, a separate refund and payment policy will apply and will be provided before any payment is required. Submitting an interest form does not create a payment obligation.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located inCentral Florida.
